Are you empathetic to the players and aware of their preferences.and able to create team cohesion and cooperation focused on improved performance and team wellbeing?

NOT MANY PEOPLE THESE QUALITIES!  But if you feel you have some of them and you would like to support our teams, I would like to hear from you.

Not all npc's have international playing experience but it helps to have been involved at some level. Also training and support will be provided for those with less experience.  All npc's must be qualifies for Scotland as their home NBO.
