2023 Scottish Cup and Scottish Cup Plate Rules and COC (updated)
There are 23 teams in the Scottish Cup in 2023. Thus there will be some byes in the first round to bring the number down to 16. However, where an opponent is known, even in the second round, teams can commence the arranging of games. I aim to have the quarter-finalists known by the end of June.
The Scottish Cup Plate draw will be published by the end of June. There is no deadline date for the first round, but completing the first round by mid-September would be "a good thing"!
