The number participating was up on last year with 60 pairs and 31 teams in the Main Events. Of these around 18 were Juniors which considerably lowered the average age of those taking part.

The Hydro pulled out all the stops and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the meals and particularly the Gala Dinner were excellent. Judging by the amount of gin, beer & cocktails consumed, a good time was had by all!
