NATIONAL TOURNAMENTS

The Scottish Bridge Union (SBU) organises tournaments at District, National and International level.  There are tournaments for all abilities, for seniors, for beginners, for mixed pairs, for men and for women.  Players who do well in National Tournaments receive masterpoints on the National Scale.  Each National Point is equivalent to 100 Local Points.  There are Pairs, Teams and Individual tournaments.  Most tournaments require pre-registration.   Some tournaments are for members of the SBU other are open to all - check the tournament details.

If you need a partner or team mates for any tournament, contact Competitions Convener and we will help you find someone.

To encourage younger players all under 31's will get free entry to all tournaments.  Just contact the Convenor to arrange.
