General Information

Matchpointed Swiss pairs for the Cyril Breene Trophy starting at 1pm, playing approximately 60 boards.  This one day event is part of the Women's weekend, with the Women's National Teams on the Sunday.

Swiss Pairs of, say, 7 rounds of 8 boards

  • 19.30 Rounds 5-7

Entry Fee

Entry is £16 per player. 

Catering

Meals will be available to pre-order. 

  • Lunch: soup and sandwiches £6
  • Dinner: main course and pudding £13  
  • Menu will be circulated for choice and final number, numbers at registration indicative only.

Accommodation

Limited accommodation in twin rooms is available at around £65 per room for B&B.  Please contact the conveners at   to make a booking or for a list of alternative accommodation.

Master Points

Maximum award of 10 National Points based on an entry level of 32 pairs to the top 1/4 of the field with 0.25 for each match won and 0.13 for each match drawn.
