Purpose of role

MasterPoints policy and maintenance

Specific tasks

  • Structured review and comparison of SBU Masterpoint policy and award levels with other home unions
  • Make recommendations for changes to Member Services
  • Update and maintain policy and procedure manual in line with new SBU standards and recommendations
  • Support and back up member services team

Skills required

Familiarity and dexterity with Microsoft EXCEL and WORD and email

Expected Time Commitment:

Flexible – probably best with some concentrated time to start.  Talk to us about what you could do.
