Purpose of role
MasterPoints policy and maintenance
Specific tasks
- Structured review and comparison of SBU Masterpoint policy and award levels with other home unions
- Make recommendations for changes to Member Services
- Update and maintain policy and procedure manual in line with new SBU standards and recommendations
- Support and back up member services team
Skills required
Familiarity and dexterity with Microsoft EXCEL and WORD and email
