Players should endeavour to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the start of the event – anyone unable to attend should make every effort to inform the Convener.
The online list of entries is updated immediately (you will receive an emailed receipt, and can check that you have been successfully added by selecting "View Current Entries"). Don't worry if it's a while away, we'll remind you a few days before the event.
Please take care when entering your email address - while the web site checks that it looks like a valid email address it does not know if you've typed it in correctly! We use the email address to contact you about the event. You may if you wish add your contact telephone number - if you are adding your name to an event waiting list, please do this so we can get in touch as soon as a space becomes available.
Please note that some of the "big" web based email providers (Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, Sky, Gmail) are being very picky about which automated emails they accept and while we are trying to find a way around this, if your email is with one of those providers then you may not receive emails sent through the SBU automated system. For now at least.

Events with the bronze circle are only for bronze ranked players. While most of the other events are open to all rankings, bronze prizes are often available.
Where a Red Pointed National Event is being held in the East, it is included here.
