For bona fide Learners attending classes for beginners or improvers - not regular club players! Since the same boards will be played nationally, a Learner may participate once only although players may choose to play in any District heat. There will be a Commentary Booklet for distribution at the end of play. No online entry for this, please check with your teacher.
